Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly, cancel any time. Your data is exportable.

Can we use it during Ramadan term changes?

Yes. Term shapes are configurable per maktab — set your weekend, evening, or after-school pattern however it actually runs.

What about multi-child families?

Built in. One parent account links to all their children. Agreements and balances roll up per family.

Where is the data hosted?

Within the UK / EU on Cloudflare and Neon. GDPR-aligned. We never sell or train AI models on your data.

Do you do training?

Yes — included with the Standard plan and bespoke for Network. Most teachers are productive within an hour.

Will it work on old phones?

Yes. The Maktab is a web app, mobile-first, runs on any phone with a modern browser. No install needed.
